For years, I lived in a cycle of exhaustion, fast food, and quick fixes that never lasted. By 2023, I had to take a hard look at where my choices were leading me. I was about 100 pounds overweight, relying on daily naps to get through the day, and worst of all, I was missing out on life with my family.
My most embarrassing moment was not fitting on a rollercoaster with my husband, and it was a wake-up call I’ll never forget.
I knew I didn’t want that for my future. I wanted decades of memories, energy to keep up with my family, and a life that felt vibrant again.
So, I committed to changes that weren’t just about short-term results but about building a healthier, more joyful life for the long haul.
That journey not only transformed me physically, but also reshaped my mindset & confidence.
Now, as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I help women create those same sustainable shifts.
I believe we are multifaceted—mind, body, & spirit—and true health means caring for your whole self.
